Nicola Dobson takes the helm as managing director of Peugeot, bringing a wealth of experience from her tenure as pre-owned director for Stellantis UK.
A business and French graduate, Dobson has excelled in diverse roles spanning aftersales, distribution, sales, and marketing.
Giuseppe Cava becomes managing director for Fiat, Fiat Professional, and Abarth.
Cava joined Stellantis in 2018 and has been deeply embedded in the Fiat brand throughout his career.
Most recently, he served as UK marketing director for Fiat & Abarth, succeeding Damien Dally, who will now focus exclusively on Leapmotor as UK brand director.
Nick Richards steps into the role of pre-owned vehicles director, replacing Dobson.
A graduate trainee with Stellantis since 1993, the business said Richards has played a pivotal role in UK network development and now brings his expertise to pre-owned operations.
Tom Ray is appointed B2B director, tasked with overseeing business-to-business sales across Stellantis UK brands.
Joining the group in 2004, Ray has held key positions, including general manager and regional operations director at Stellantis &You and head of regional operations at Peugeot.
Eurig Druce praised the appointments, stating: “I would like to warmly congratulate Nicola, Giuseppe, Nick, Tom, and Damien on their new roles. I’m delighted to be able to build from the talent within our group and I wish them every success in delivering our Dare Forward 2030 commitments, working alongside our highly valued retailer partners.”
Stellantis last week emerged as one of the few vehicle manufacturers in the UK to meet the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) mandate for both cars and vans in 2024 entirely through sales.
The UK business recorded a 59% surge in electric car sales compared to 2023, selling 39,492 units and capturing a 10.3% share of the UK electric car market thanks to a broad portfolio of 30 electric vehicle models across 11 brands.
