Saweetie is just like Us — she’s obsessed with Nobody Wants This.
“I’m on the episode where [Adam Brody] randomly says, ‘Prego!’ and [Kristen Bell] gets the ick. It was so funny,” the rapper, 31, exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly.
Nobody Wants This follows Joanne (Bell), an agnostic sex podcast host, and Noah (Brody), a hot rabbi, as they navigate whether their romantic relationship can withstand differing lifestyles and meddling families.
In addition to finishing her current binge-watch, Saweetie is partnering with Smirnoff Lemonade to celebrate the holiday season with a New York City pop-up event on Saturday, December 7. In festive fashion, the party will feature Smirnoff Red, White & Merry and Smirnoff Peppermint Twist
“Smirnoff just reminds me of the highlight years in college, so it’s nice to have a full circle moment with a brand that I genuinely connect with,” Saweetie tells Us, noting that she was “drinking responsibly” during her time at San Diego State University and the University of Southern California.
“I recently just went back to SDSU’s homecoming and danced with my old dance team and in that moment, it was so priceless,” she shared. “I was like, ‘I love these women around me and I’m so thankful for our relationship.’”

Us: What’s one task that you tend to procrastinate on?
Saweetie: I hate washing the dishes! It’s honestly [because of] my nails: If they’re a fresh set, I’ll wait a day or two.
Us: When’s the last time that you did laundry?
Saweetie: I’m going to be doing laundry tomorrow. I have an Airbnb and I bought a bunch of new panties. Gotta wash the panties, ladies, before you pop them on!
Us: What’s the last thing that you waited in line for?
Saweetie: An orange juice and a turkey pesto flatbread from Starbucks, today. I really enjoy doing regular things, so if I’m in a safe neighborhood, I run my own errands.
Us: What was the last meal that you made?
Saweetie: Fried eggs and fish; it’s a Filipino breakfast.
Us: Do you have a celeb crush?
Saweetie: It’s [Cillian Murphy‘s] character — not him. Tommy Shelby from Peaky Blinders. Oh, my God, take me away!
Us: How much sleep do you need to function?
Saweetie: It really just depends on my work schedules, so it’s all over. But preferably, I love being a morning bird or early bird. … I tend to get only 4 hours [of sleep], like last night, because I was at the studio ’til really late and had to get up really early. But preferably, 8 hours.
Us: What’s your favorite song to sing in the shower?
Saweetie: I don’t really like to listen to music in the shower. I like my shower scalding hot and I like to just sit in there and breathe.
